Specialists who share a desire to learn and be part of a dedicated team of Veterinary
Professionals.
Prior experience in any healthcare setting is welcomed and valued.
As a Client Care Specialist at PetNation, you will:
- Greet clients and patients promptly, ensuring a positive first impression and maintaining
a welcoming environment.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently, including routine wellness
visits, surgeries, and follow-ups.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information about services,
pricing and care instructions.
- Process payments, provide invoices, and discuss subscription options with clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records, including medical history,
vaccination schedules, and other essential documentation.
- Monitor and manage the flow of clients and pets in the waiting area, ensuring comfort
and minimizing stress for both pets and PetParents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring it is always
presentable and welcoming.
- Collaborate with the PetNation team to ensure an excellent client experience.
