Position Overview:


We are seeking a Client Care Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our e-commerce customers. In this role, you will provide exceptional support, ensuring every customer interaction is positive, helpful, and memorable. You'll work closely with our e-commerce and fulfillment teams to resolve inquiries, offer product guidance, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service & Support



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat. Assist customers in real-time during designated hours, providing solutions and personalized recommendations. Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues, offering alternatives, and following up as needed. Use product knowledge to guide customers and help them find the best solutions for their needs.

Order Management & E-commerce Support



Navigate and manage customer accounts across e-commerce platforms. Assist with order adjustments, tracking, returns, and exchanges. Collaborate with the fulfillment team to address order issues and ensure timely delivery.

Product Knowledge & Continuous Improvement



Stay up-to-date on skincare trends, product ingredients, and industry developments to improve customer support. Collect and share customer feedback to help improve products, processes, and support materials. Contribute to maintaining accurate product FAQs, manuals, and online resources.

Collaboration & Marketing Alignment



Partner with the marketing team to communicate current promotions and product launches to customers accurately. Provide insights from customer interactions to help refine messaging and marketing initiatives.

Education & Experience Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent required. 2- 4 years of relevant experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or the beauty/skincare industry. Strong product knowledge and understanding of skincare trends preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM software is a plus.
