Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Client Care Specialist to join our team at Burnside Veterinary Hospital. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere and enjoys working with wonderful clients and their fluffy companions.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and ensure a friendly and professional clinic experience. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries. Triaging the need for emergent care. Provide information on clinic services, policies, and procedures with clarity and enthusiasm. Coordinate between clients and veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and excellent client service. Handle client concerns and ensure prompt resolution with empathy and understanding. Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records and processing payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and client spaces.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting, is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping people and animals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records. Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule. Positive attitude, empathetic nature, and a love for working in a team-oriented environment.
