Client Care Specialist

to help us deliver an exceptional experience for pets and their families.

As the face and voice of our clinic, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in shaping their experience and ensuring their pets receive the best care possible.

What You'll Do:

Welcome clients:

Greet pet parents and their furry companions with warmth and professionalism.

Coordinate appointments:

Schedule visits, manage reminders, and help ensure the clinic runs smoothly.

Assist with client communication:

Answer phones, emails, and messages promptly and courteously.

Support client education:

Share information about services, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

Manage records and payments:

Maintain accurate medical records, process invoices, and handle payments.

Collaborate with the team:

Work closely with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Contribute to clinic cleanliness:

Help with general cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming environment (this is a team-wide responsibility).

Be a problem-solver:

Address client questions and concerns with empathy and resourcefulness.

What We're Looking For:

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (veterinary experience is a bonus but not required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively and stay calm in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers and scheduling software (ezyvet experience is a bonus).

Personal Attributes:

A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. A passion for animals and helping people. Team-oriented mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality care while fostering a positive experience for pets, their families, and our team.
