What You'll Do

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role on our office team, working alongside our Dispatch & Projects Lead to keep the day running smoothly.

Answer calls, emails, and online requests with warmth, enthusiasm, and confidence. Deliver that extra WOW, making every customer feel special and cared for. Support our Dispatch & Projects Lead by coordinating schedules and assisting with dispatching. Keep clients updated and technicians supported with clear, upbeat communication. Process invoices and payments with professionalism and care. Provide light office support under our Office Manager, including filing, ordering supplies, organizing mail, and keeping our space cheerful and welcoming. Offer backup support when other office team members are on vacation. Serve as our Culture Ambassador, celebrating birthdays, planning events, and keeping the team connected and energized.

What You Bring

Two to five years of customer service or administrative experience (bonus if you have worked in trades or dispatch) Confidence using computers and learning new systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills A cheerful, dependable, and proactive approach to teamwork Experience in trades or dispatch is helpful, but we will train the right person with the right attitude A genuine desire to make an impact, not just check a box
