Job Overview


We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the financial services industry.

Duties


- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries and issue resolution
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and provide accurate information
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling products or services
- Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication

Skills


- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Knowledge of SaaS products and services
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Account management experience is beneficial
- Prior experience in the financial services market is advantageous
- Customer relationship management expertise

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
