Duties
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries and issue resolution
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and provide accurate information
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling products or services
- Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication
Skills
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Knowledge of SaaS products and services
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Account management experience is beneficial
- Prior experience in the financial services market is advantageous
- Customer relationship management expertise
