ConsidraCare is a fast-growing senior home care agency and technology-driven startup committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care that helps seniors age safely and comfortably in their homes.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Client Services Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional in-home care services for seniors across South Western Ontario. Responsibilities include managing client intake, care planning, assessments, care delivery, relationship building, and ensuring service excellence. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality support for clients many with dementia and complex care needs. The ideal candidate will be an RN or an RPN, with a minimum 2-3 years of client-facing experience in a Canadian senior care organization.
Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding through intake calls, needs assessments (primarily virtual, occasionally in home), and care planning,
Develop and maintain individualized care plans tailored to client needs, including dementia and complex care.
Book and monitor caregiver shifts.
Compile invoicing data, send invoices to clients, and follow up to ensure timely payments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Director of Care Operations to match caregivers to client needs and ensure consistent service delivery.
Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins, surveys, and proactive issue resolution.
Ensure high standards of care quality, compliance, and continuous service improvement.
Provide feedback to enhance ConsidraCare's care delivery platform.
Support community engagement efforts, including events, partnerships, and government tenders.
Maintain documentation and processes aligned with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
Participate in a rotational on-call schedule during evenings and weekends (with additional compensation.)
Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Nursing.
Compassionate, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
2-3 years of client-facing experience in a Canadian senior care organization.
Certification in dementia care (e.g., GPA) is an asset.
Experience supervising staff and coordinating care teams.
Knowledge of senior care regulations, protocols, and best practices.
Skilled in budgeting and managing client service resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
