We're looking for a humble but ambitious high performing people person with experience communicating with warm potential leads. The Client Care Liaison thrives on challenging workloads that directly affect the lives of our clients by helping them start our debt reduction and credit-building programs. Paired with your strong customer service skills, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling all incoming Client inquiries and applications coming through our different marketing channels.
  • Making 30-60+ phone calls per day to potential Client leads via our internet phone system.
  • Pre-screening potential leads and inviting them to learn about their debt options.
  • Organizing and collecting confidential information via e-mail, fax, text, & phone.
  • Inputting prospect data into our computer database and automation software.
  • Scheduling meetings for our client advisors.
  • Following up with potential leads after initial meetings with client advisors.
  • Providing feedback on our advertising and marketing results/quality to management.
  • Prioritizing workload to ensure timely communication with leads and clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Minimum grade 12 education is required. A business diploma or degree is an asset.
  • Proven and successful sales experience an asset.
  • Banking or financial services experience an asset.
  • Fearless when talking on the phone about our services.
  • Passionate about building relationships with potential clients.
  • Excellent and tactful communicator in speech, writing, and through technology.
  • Extremely comfortable with technology and computers with good to expert skills.
  • High to extreme attention to detail.
