Kids Physio Group - Winnipeg is seeking an energetic and experienced individual to join our pediatric physiotherapy clinic for a part-time reception position.
Title: Client Care Coordinator | 8 hours per week with the potential for increasing hours
Hours: Weekday evenings 3-7 pm and casual Saturdays.
Start date: March 3, 2025
Kids Physio Group- Winnipeg is a bright and energetic private physiotherapy clinic. We provide unique, one-on-one treatment exclusively for children (birth to 18 years). Many of our clients have chronic physical, neurological or congenital disorders. As the first client point of contact at Kids Physio Group we are looking for an individual who is:

The Client Care Coordinator is the initial contact and communicator for the front desk at Kids Physio Group. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) answering incoming calls and emails, supporting all forms of communication within the clinic, regulating patient flow, maintaining physiotherapist schedules, updating patient records, and supporting the Client Care Manager. There is a high emphasis on communication to ensure a seamless transition between working shifts.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent;
Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills;
Strong customer service orientation;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as their Google Drive equivalents;
Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team;
Ability to maintain meticulous records;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Superior organization.
Qualifications that will give you a leg up:
Post-secondary degree in an applicable field;
Experience with Jane app;
Experience in managing third-party service providers;
Social Media experience;
First Aid skills and/ or certificates;
Experience working with children.
Starting wage is $16.30 / hour
