About You:

You're people-smart -- you can read body language, energy, and tone without being told You're confident, assertive, and professional in your communication -- with both patients and practitioners You can move quickly, solve problems on the fly, and handle shifting priorities without losing focus You have strong emotional intelligence and can balance empathy with leadership You're energized by creating order, solving problems, and being part of a team You're open to feedback and committed to long-term growth -- both for yourself and the clinic
