This position is required to work in the Wainwright branch office.

However, periodically may be asked to work in other AFSC branches. Travel in these circumstances will be reimbursed according to AFSC's Employee and Board of Directors Expense Policy.



Position Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader, Client Care, the Client Care Agent is responsible for providing excellent service and support to clients through multiple channels, engaging in sales interactions, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

Execution of Client Experience

Manage client relationships by welcoming clients, handling requests and inquiries, and educating clients on AFSC products and services through multiple communication channels (in person, over the phone, electronically, and online). Ensure a positive experience through courteous and professional interactions. Manage client relationships by carrying out procedural tasks and referring clients to the appropriate team member as required. Provide quality service to clients while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support client retention. Execute a range of client service activities, including handling client information and answering inquiries in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. Collect, analyze, and synthesize information to provide resolutions as quickly as possible to client inquiries (online problem solving, troubleshooting, and real-time support in person, over the phone, or online through chats and email).

Engage and Provide Administration to Various Teams Across AFSC

Conduct data entry into AFSC systems, reviewing and verifying information to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Prepare documents using a variety of computer applications and gather and summarize data for reports. Perform outbound calls to clients and potential clients, as required, to assist producers with their AFSC programs. Utilize various online platforms to engage departments and assist with client inquiries. Provide assistance to the Client Care team virtually or in person as required. Develop personal capabilities using formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma and 3 years of experience OR College Diploma and 1 year of related experience
