Job Description
Responsibilities
Independently source and generate your own leads (online outreach, social media, referrals, door-to-door, local outreach, etc.) Contact potential clients and
close sales into confirmed cleaning bookings
Clearly explain services, pricing, and booking details Coordinate booking information accurately Track outreach efforts and completed bookings Represent Madekleen Cleaning Services professionally*
Compensation
Commission-only, paid per completed job
Earnings depend entirely on performance and volume of completed jobs No cap on commissions*
Qualifications
Proven sales experience required
(booking, client acquisition, or closing) Comfortable working in acommission-only role
Comfortablegenerating your own leads
Strong communication and closing skills Self-motivated, reliable, and organized Able to work independentlyJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $350.00-$1,500.00 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5H 1X9
