Gordon Stirrett Wealth Management, one of Canada's largest independent financial planning firms, is currently seeking a

client administrator

in Halifax Nova Scotia.

Job Summary:

The client administrator's job duties may include but are not limited to:

Client service Answering telephone and greeting clients in the office Processing of paperwork related to investment and insurance transactions
Work Hours & Compensation

Work hours are from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday (no Friday required) 6 weeks' vacation Salary range between $80,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience
Qualifications Required:

Exceptional communication skills. Strong ability to multi-task. Ability to work within a team. Strong attention to detail.
Education and/or Experience:

Investment and Insurance industry experience

required*.
Mutual Funds and/or Insurance licensed considered a strong asset.
