At Woodgate, we deal with high-net-worth private clients, business owners, and executives. Rather than the clients working with several different professionals, our firm will include a comprehensive plan that includes all aspects of one's financial life, from investments to risk management to tax and estate planning.

You will be the first point of contact for our highly valued clients and ensure their seamless success on our platforms and within our company. You will manage the financial advisors' calendars, the organization of the office and supplies and have the opportunity to learn about investing from some of the best in their field. Tech skills are a must as you will also assist in the marketing of the firm and the advisors on several platforms, including social media and our websites, along with the production of financial podcasts. This position will require someone with attention to detail, organizational skills, and both written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Apple products and technical skills is a plus. We are looking for someone with integrity, diplomacy, and gravitas to be able to make this position their own.

Job details and responsibilities:



- Act as the first point of contact for our clients when greeting them in the office or answering their general inquiries over the phone.
- Manage all of the advisor's calendars, book clients meetings, conferences, holidays, and team meetings
- Book any travel accommodations or restaurant reservations when necessary
- Assist in the production of podcasts and updates on websites, and manage our social media
- Assist with the administration of client data across multiple technology platforms.
- Preparing materials for client meetings
- Receive and organize the mail and courier needs
- Liaise with building management and vendors for maintenance
- Order necessary supplies for the office and maintain file room organization
- Manage organization of electronic files
- Manage client list on our newsletter
- Keep the kitchen clean/stocked/organized, water the plants, and provide coffee and treats to clients for meetings.
