What you will tackle
Manage relationships with decision-makers across municipal, provincial, and federal departments
Keep 5-10 active client threads moving each day through check-ins and clear communication
Build trust with government clients over email, phone, and MS Teams.
Coordinate training needs, track renewal timelines, and ensure smooth contract delivery
Spot friction before it becomes a fire. Solve fast, loop in others when needed
Provide insights back to sales, ops, and IT to shape our long-term strategies
Spotlight new markets and bids to pursue
First 90 Days
Week 1: Deep dive into our clients, offerings, systems, and tone
Week 2: Practice real client check-ins and internal workflows
Week 3: Take ownership of 5-10 deals in the pipeline
Month 3: Connect with new clients; retain existing
