Pophaus is a fast growing creative and performance agency working with consumer brands in wellness,supplements, food & beverage, and beauty. We produce high performing UGC, studio content, email retention campaigns, social content, and ad creative. We're hiring a Client Account Manager to lead communication, manage deliverables, and provide a premium client experience.

What You'll Do:

Be the main day-to-day contact for clients Lead weekly/bi-weekly calls confidently Provide quick updates, gather feedback, manage expectations Track deliverables across UGC, studio content, social content, email campaigns/flows, and ad creative Coordinate with strategists, designers, editors, creators, and the email team Keep Notion and Slack organized and updated Assist with monthly summaries and high-level performance insights Ensure clients always know what's happening, what's next, and why
Who You Are:

3-5 years agency experience (creative, social, UGC, digital, or email) Strong communicator with client-facing experience Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple accounts Understands UGC, social content, and basic email/CRM concepts Fast, proactive, calm, and solution-oriented
Nice to Have:

Klaviyo or email marketing exposure UGC or influencer coordination experience Familiarity with Meta/TikTok ad metrics DTC or consumer brand experience
What This Role Is Not:

Not a creative strategist, media buyer, content creator, senior director, or hands-on email producer. You own communication, delivery, coordination, and client satisfaction.

Compensation:

Full-time. 75k-85k CAD salary. Retention bonus. Health benefits. Remote-friendly (EST hours required).
