We\'re looking for a Client Account Manager to:

  • be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
  • be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
  • manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
  • perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
  • research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
  • identify cross-selling opportunities and discuss them with the client advisor
  • support client advisors in preparing for meetings and occasionally join client meetings

Your team

You\'ll be working in the Toronto team. You\'ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. You\'ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise
  • financial services experience within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
  • bachelor\'s degree or equivalent financial qualifications
  • solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
  • effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
  • sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
  • solid written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence
- completed CIM or CFA 1 designation is preferred
