As a member of the sales team, you will be a part of a dynamic and results-driven team responsible for generating revenue for our internal products and surpassing targets and goals. We are looking for an intensely motivated and passionate client account manager who will be responsible for helping our customers build and execute successful campaigns and generating revenue for our publisher clients.

What you\'ll be doing:

  • Onboard new clients
  • Assist new clients in setting up their first campaign
  • Achieve sales targets by assisting clients renew their campaigns
  • Maximize revenue generation opportunities and customer retention strategies
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of customer\'s business, as well as current industry knowledge
  • Help customers optimize campaigns and secure budgets for long-term revenue growth
  • Act as day-to-day liaison with publishers and affiliates
  • Identify trends and market conditions to pinpoint high value optimization and sales opportunities
What you\'ll need to be successful:

Must haves:
  • Previous experience in client-facing digital media including, but not limited to, online advertising, media buying, affiliate marketing, or account management
  • 1 to 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with online pricing models - CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising and the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of digital media sales and publishing
  • Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated, competitive, results-oriented, and responds strongly to incentives
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • A minimum of technical understanding regarding HTML and webmaster analytic tools
Nice to Haves:
  • The Trade Desk certification, Google Ads certification
  • Salesforce experience
