The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Client Account Manager
to ensure our client's IT systems are robust, reliable, safe and operate efficiently.
In this role, you
will work in-office
with your colleagues as well as directly our clients.
The
Purpose
of this position is to:
Foster a high trust relationship and retain your clients.
Retain and expand monthly agreement services with your clients.
Propose and sell products, services, and projects as needed to your clients.
Ensure our clients receive a White Glove Service delivered with Military Precision.
Responsibilities
of this position are:
Scheduled Business Reviews
+ Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate for client SBR's.
+ Ensure post business review action items are documented and completed in an expedient fashion. Processing
+ Ensure that project requests are scoped, proposed and presented to the clients.
+ Ensure all client opportunities have a current status and documented next step until closure. Relationships
+ Own, manage & advocate for client's non-support requests.
+ Participate in client networking events. Process
+ Identify and recommend procedural improvements. Internal
+ Attend and participate in company/team events, meetings, and collaborations.
