About us



Our lean startup is transitioning to a scaleup phase as we are growing very fast in the past year, so we are looking for hungry ambitious communicators to join the team. We provide services to the government with the goal of making our nation more efficient, which is why we say "when you work with True, there is less work for you". The team tackles problems head?on, delivers quickly, and holds one another to high standards, while the organization is growing very fast in the past year. Decisions move fast, ownership runs deep, and each person sees the direct impact of individual results on national programs and contracts that we hold with the government. Our primary services that we offer: (1) IT hardware/software; (2) recruitment/headhunting; (3) virtual training. You will be focused on virtual training.

What you will tackle



Manage relationships with decision-makers across municipal, provincial, and federal departments Keep 5-10 active client threads moving each day through check-ins and clear communication Build trust with government clients over email, phone, and MS Teams. Coordinate training needs, track renewal timelines, and ensure smooth contract delivery Spot friction before it becomes a fire. Solve fast, loop in others when needed Provide insights back to sales, ops, and IT to shape our long-term strategies Spotlight new markets and bids to pursue

First 90 Days



Week 1: Deep dive into our clients, offerings, systems, and tone
Week 2: Practice real client check-ins and internal workflows
Week 3: Take ownership of 10-20 deals in the pipeline
Month 3: Connect with new clients; retain existing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
