The Client Account Coordinator will assist the account manager. They are responsible for managing and communicating the daily activities of clients. Must offer an exceptional service support by identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. This position requires an individual who is highly detail oriented, organized, client-focused, and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, professional attitude to ensure client satisfaction.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and communicate clearly with internal teams.
Prioritize tasks effectively, addressing urgent issues and resolving problems quickly.
Coordinate client requests with operations.
Support the Account Manager
as needed
with meetings, SLA/KPI adherence, and reporting.
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
Skills and Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience (healthcare industry experience is an asset not a requirement).
Bilingual (written and oral).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated to learn and grow with the company.
Position Details
Full-time, on-site role, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
