Arora Growth Solutions, a people?driven sales and business consulting firm in Edmonton, is excited to welcome new Client Account Associates to our growing team. As an authorized partner of Rogers, you'll help customers discover personalized wireless, internet, and TV solutions that truly fit their needs. In this role, you'll manage new accounts, build lasting relationships, and play a key part in creating positive customer experiences.

As a Client Account Associate, you'll be a key part of our sales and account team, representing Rogers and helping customers find personalized wireless, internet, and TV solutions. You'll guide clients through the full sales process, manage new accounts, and contribute to long?term customer satisfaction and loyalty, all while building a strong foundation for future growth within our consulting firm.

Day-to-Day Duties of the Client Account Associate



Reach out to customers to introduce Rogers wireless, internet, and TV services with clarity and enthusiasm. Listen actively and assess customer needs, recommending Rogers solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget. Guide customers through account setup and service activation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Build strong relationships with new clients, offering support and follow-up to maintain satisfaction and trust. Contribute to team sales goals by applying proven strategies and staying focused on customer success. Represent the Rogers brand with professionalism, helping customers feel confident and cared for in every interaction.

What We're Looking For in a Client Account Associate?



High school diploma or GED required; post?secondary education in business, communications, or marketing is a plus. Up to one year of experience in customer service, sales, or account management is preferred especially in telecommunications or retail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain Rogers products clearly. A strong, results-driven work ethic and a clear passion for sales and customer service. The ability to address complex issues calmly and effectively, guiding customers toward a resolution.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,625.49-$77,042.88 per year
