AV Group NB Inc. Atholville Mill is currently recruiting for the following position:

Clerk (Section 78 Temporary)



This position will provide relief for the Clerical employees of AV Group



Responsibilities



• Review all purchase requisitions received from our enterprise management system (SAP) and distribute to applicable Buyer
• Print and forward the purchase orders to proper vendor as designated by the Buyer
• Receive and process all the bulk raw material deliveries in SAP
• Expedite purchase orders that are overdue


Qualifications



• Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
• Accounting experience would be an asset.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingualism will be an asset
