Branch: Calgary Branch Reporting to: Business Manager Location: Calgary, Alberta Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Prepare documents and other documentation logistics for account opening, maintenance and management; verify the authenticity of identifications and signatures \xc2\xb7 Answer customer enquiries in person and over the phone; serve new and existing customers based upon business manager\xe2\x80\x99s instruction \xc2\xb7 Conduct KYC, annual account review, and other compliance work \xc2\xb7 Communicate and work with internal stakeholders, such as Operations, Compliance, and Treasury \xc2\xb7 Check and delivery routine reports \xc2\xb7 Conduct office administration works including expense reimbursements, supply ordering, courier arrangement, etc \xc2\xb7 Control branch stationery and its and replenishment \xc2\xb7 Perform physical checking of office equipment and furniture fixture \xc2\xb7 Call for services / maintenance of furniture / equipments of the office / premises as needed \xc2\xb7 Other assignments / projects as directed by Branch Manager Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in business, finance, or related fields \xc2\xb7 Strong experience in document management and archiving with proof of carefulness, some knowledge of banking products preferred \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written, Mandarin and English) to communicate with customers and other internal departments \xc2\xb7 Effective working knowledge in computer software, i.e. word-processing, spreadsheet \xc2\xb7 Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle difficult situations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Part-time hours: 30 per week Benefits:
