About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Scheduler/Clerk C is responsible for creating, managing & inputting changes to the clinicians schedules within the acute care areas of the Rehabilitation & Supportive Care Portfolio. The Scheduler/Clerk C must adhere to scheduling guidelines and protocols. Duties include but are not limited to: scheduling staff, replacing absences, preparing information for submission to payroll, maintain electronic records, and other duties that facilitate and support the day-to-day operations. In addition, this position will require scheduling patients for appointments, registering patients and general office administration duties. This position requires an individual with superior communication, organization and time management skills.; attention to detail, experience following rubrics/algorithms are important assets.
The successful candidate will work at sites within the Rehabilitation & Supportive Care Portfolio.
