The Nova Scotia Museum is responsible for the provincial collection of over one million artifacts and specimens housed at museum sites and storage facilities across the province.About Our OpportunityThe Museum of Industry is seeking an individual to be part of our Visitor Experience team (VET) who exemplifies service excellence and demonstrates strong communication skills while welcoming and assisting visitors from diverse backgrounds, providing accurate and timely information to them in a dynamic work environment.In this position, you will engage with visitors of all ages to inform about the Museum\'s collections and Nova Scotia\'s industrial history through interactive, well-researched programs and activities. You will also act as the first point of contact with the public, providing admissions and reception services as they are welcomed to the museum.This position reports to the Curator of Education and Public Programs at the Museum of Industry in Stellarton.Primary Accountabilities
