The ideal candidate will have the following skills

An inherent ability to build quick and earnest rapport with customers. A high level of confidence in identifying the client's needs and acting accordingly Ability to quickly learn new software programs and other technologies Strong awareness of patient confidentiality. Team collaboration

High school diploma Medical Office Administration (Preferred) Strong computer skills (e.g., MS Office, G-Suite) Minimum of 2 years of administrative/customer service experience
