Jobe Title : Cleaning Technician

Pay: $600.00/week

Hours: 35 hours per week

Start Date: March 17th 2025

We are a small, Indigenous and locally owned business. Servicing in and around the Prince Albert area since 2022. We are a fun and family orientated workplace with moderately flexible hours. Our goal is to provide a cleaning service that brings a sense of calm and comfort by reducing our client's workload. We aim to uplift our employees through fair treatment, competitive wages and on-the-job training.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (depending on bookings, schedule is posted in advance)

*Some evenings and weekends can be available if we get special requests. On these days we pay by the hour starting at $17.00

Attention To Detail - Clean each home with the upmost attention to detail while following the clients' instructions.

Be A Team Player - Discuss with your co-workers the plan of action for each home and ensure that it is carried out.

Driving - Somedays you will be required to drive the team from house to house.

Willingness to learn - About all the different components in a home, what they're made of, and how to clean them safely and effectively

Keep Track Of - the length of time each house takes to complete, and of the inventory and supplies throughout each day.

Integrity - we are being welcomed into peoples' homes, often when they are not home so our integrity needs to be rock solid.

Coachable - must be able to accept and utilize constructive feedback.

Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 5 - 7 hours per day.

Must be able to kneel, reach, and carry up to 20lbs. Must be able to, or willing to learn to, work individually and unsupervised as well as part of a team.

Likes pets - we encounter client's pets daily.
