We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to complete residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects. We mainly offer window washing, gutter cleaning, and power washing services. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring the environment meets high standards of safety.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial projects, including exterior and interior windows, gutters, power washing, and soft-washing using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours
Qualifications
Previous window washing/house washing experience is an asset but not required; labour experience is a plus
Ability to operate hand tools, power washer, and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts. Ability to carry and work from ladders is essential
Reliable transportation is required. We complete multiple projects and multiple addresses each day; ability to work independently or as part of a team
