Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to help deliver high-quality carpet cleaning and duct cleaning services in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. This role offers an opportunity to build valuable hands-on skills while contributing to clean, healthy indoor environments and great customer experiences.

Duties

Perform thorough carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning services using professional equipment and approved cleaning solutions Assist with duct cleaning services as required, including equipment setup, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining clean work areas Follow step-by-step service procedures to ensure consistent results, safety, and customer satisfaction Utilize hand tools and power tools for basic tasks such as equipment setup, minor adjustments, and light maintenance Move, load, and unload equipment and supplies safely (lifting required at times) Maintain van and equipment cleanliness, restock supplies, and report any shortages or maintenance needs Follow established safety protocols and procedures during all cleaning and service activities (including PPE and site safety) Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, respecting client homes/businesses, and addressing requests professionally Document completed services and job notes, and report any issues, damages, or hazards to supervisors promptly
Experience

Prior carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, restoration, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with tools, equipment operation, and basic maintenance is a plus Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Proven ability to manage time efficiently and complete jobs within scheduled windows Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, stairs, and working in a variety of indoor environments Previous experience in customer service roles is beneficial for delivering a professional client experience

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
