Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to maintain cleanliness and safety across commercial and residential environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing detailed cleaning tasks and ensuring a high standard of hygiene. This role requires strong time management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. The Cleaning Technician plays a vital role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial and residential properties using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning assignments within designated timeframes Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address cleaning needs or concerns Handle heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications

Prior clean experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and equipment is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts Good communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients Dependability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
