Join the DirtBClean Team as a Residential & Commercial Cleaner (Full-Time & Part-Time)

At DirtBClean, we transform houses and businesses into spotless, welcoming spaces. We value reliability, hard work, and a positive team spirit--and we're looking for someone just like you to join us immediately on a part-time or full-time basis. Earn $19-$21 per hour (based on experience).

What You'll Do

Perform move-in and move-out cleanings to get homes guest-ready Handle regular house cleaning and office cleaning with attention to detail Learn and apply new cleaning techniques and products Deliver outstanding service that keeps clients coming back Conduct thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces o Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms: clean sinks, countertops, appliances, toilets, showers, and tubs o Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations Restock supplies such as paper products, soaps, and cleaning materials at job sites Wipe down walls, windowsills, baseboards, and other high-touch areas Identify and report maintenance or safety issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to the supervisor Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and special requests to ensure 100% satisfaction oAdhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment Manage your schedule effectively, arriving on time and completing assignments within allotted timeframes oMaintain professional and courteous communication with clients and team member

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in residential cleaning and commercial cleaning Strong references from past cleaning roles or clients Class 5 driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Recent criminal record check Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods Dependability and punctuality Quick learner who embraces new ideas Friendly demeanor and positive attitude
