Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with established procedures. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures.
