We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Must have your own vehicle and be comfortable driving to various work locations.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe environment. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning solutions. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning schedules. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights as needed. Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or schedules.
