Overview:

So-Sure Property Services is a husband and wife operated business established in 2022. Since then we have seen exponential growth and are seeking some help in taking the next steps towards business development. Ideally we would like to find a dedicated team member who will be with us long term who can assume the role of Field Supervisor once sufficiently trained. Once hired, the individual will be working alongside the current owner/operator where they will learn the logistics of cleaning and managing client expectations in a safe environment. Over time my hope is to build trust with the right candidate to allow for independent work where they will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various facilities within Beaumont, AB & surrounding communities.

Job Details:

-Put a smile on client's faces while helping to maintain a clean home!

-Availability 2-3 days a week Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:45am-4:30pm. No evenings, weekends or statutory holidays! Potential for full time work

-Flexible/negotiable hours. Let us work around your schedule!

-Typically meet your team in Beaumont to travel to client's homes together

Duties:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as detailing/sanitizing bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming & mopping
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals

-Travel between client's homes

Requirements:

-Clean criminal record check

-Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable vehicle

- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform physical duties including heavy lifting and bending/kneeling
- Experience in residential/commercial cleaning preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
