The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance, cleaning, and facility-related tasks across multiple client sites. Responsibilities

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to perform repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks Conduct facilities maintenance including minor repairs, inspections, and preventative upkeep Perform commercial cleaning duties such as floor care, surface sanitation, and trash removal Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks safely and efficiently Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and procedures during daily operations

Experience

Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience preferred Experience with commercial cleaning, including the use of cleaning equipment and supplies Familiarity with hand tools and power tools for repair or maintenance work Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Proven ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
