Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential and/or commercial cleaning, demonstrating proficiency with hand and tools needed. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a subcontractor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks Execute cleaning duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage custodial responsibilities with attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Assist with heavy lifting as required for various maintenance and cleaning tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential for performing maintenance tasks. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective collaboration. Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus but not mandatory. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
