Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks. Conduct facilities maintenance duties as needed, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests and addressing concerns promptly. Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Lift heavy objects as required for cleaning purposes, ensuring proper techniques are used to avoid injury. Maintain communication with supervisors regarding any issues or needs related to cleaning supplies or equipment.

Experience

Previous custodial experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. Ability to manage time effectively while performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
