About the Role -
Cleaning Coordinator
As a Cleaning Coordinator at Cottage Vacations, you are an essential part of the guest experience and property readiness. You are the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures that every cottage is clean, welcoming, and aligned with the high standards of our brand. Your role contributes directly to renter satisfaction, owner trust, and the operational excellence that defines our company.

As Cleaning Coordinator, you'll work across departments to deliver timely, seamless, and high-quality cleaning operations that reflect our brand promise of comfort, reliability, and luxury.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule cleanings before, during, and after guest stays across our managed cottage portfolio
Communicate clearly and efficiently with cleaners, property managers, and guest services to ensure smooth turnovers
Monitor and maintain property cleanliness standards, using inspection checklists and quality control processes
Track and resolve any cleaning-related concerns or service issues raised by renters or property owners
Keep meticulous records of cleaning schedules, completed services, and feedback in our internal systems
Liaise with the operations and guest experience teams to support last-minute cleaning needs, emergency responses, or special requests
Manage supply inventories, cleaner assignments, and seasonal workload planning
Ensure all properties are presented at their best - safe, clean, and welcoming for every check-in

Have experience coordinating teams or logistics (cleaning, hospitality, or property services preferred)
Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
Are confident using software and digital tools to manage scheduling and reporting
Are an excellent communicator who can work independently and as part of a team
Are wiilling to work on weekends (especially summer weekends)
Are flexible, dependable, and thrive in a seasonal business environment where every hour counts

Expected Schedule:
20-25 Hours per week 9am-4pm - T-W-T (Labour Day- June 1st)
30-40 Hours Per Week 9am-5pm T-M (June 1- Labour day)
