Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various cleaning equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

- Perform carpet cleaning using professional-grade equipment and techniques.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for effective cleaning and maintenance of carpets.
- Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention.
- Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
- Assist with custodial tasks as needed, including facilities maintenance and heavy lifting of equipment or materials.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools related to cleaning tasks.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the cleaning process.
