Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning newly built homes through the construction period. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, lights,, windows, detailing kitchens, bathrooms and wiping all surfaces.. Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules.. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs and issues.

Requirements

Previous experience in residential cleaning, move in/move outs or post construction cleaning is preferred. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Must have a reliable vehicle Must have own equipment Must have or be willing to obtain WCB this is a subcontractor position
