Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team in restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves hands-on restoration work, utilizing various tools and techniques to return properties to their original condition. Candidates with experience in cleaning, contents and construction will find this position particularly suitable.

Duties

Perform water extraction, drying, and mold remediation to mitigate damage and prevent further issues Use hand tools and power tools for demolition, repair, and restoration tasks Assist with cleaning affected areas to ensure thorough sanitation and safety compliance Operate cleaning and restoration equipment safely and effectively Document work progress and communicate with team members regarding project status Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment Support project completion by performing miscellaneous tasks as needed during restoration projects

Experience

Prior experience in cleaning and restoration is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Experience working with construction or renovation projects is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding situations Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Willingness to learn new skills related to restoration processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.33-$22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
