Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, contributing to the upkeep and maintenance of commercial spaces. Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The role is essential in supporting the overall operations and appearance of our facilities.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to company standards Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support ongoing operations Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is advantageous Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Pay: $15.00-$26.58 per hour
