9am-5pm (Summer) , 6am-2pm (Winter)

JOB OVERVIEW:

You will be responsible for making sure your building looks clean, presentable, and inviting at all times. Some of the duties and responsibilities include maintaining common areas, and washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down the glass and other surfaces.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clear snow from entrance and sidewalk using snow removal equipment's Applying ice melting and traction rocks ensuring walkways and pathways are safe Maintain all entrance, exit and sidewalk Keep accurate records of service and report Inspections of equipment Pre/Post snow clearing Any other duties as required by the site manager

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods WHMIS Certification is an asset Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel and bend Ability to lift, push and pull required load (up to 50lbs) Must be physically fit and able to work long hours outdoor Must be able to work a flexible and unpredictable schedule

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to pass Canadian Background Check A valid Drivers License
