Squire Hospitality Inc., a dynamic subsidiary of Squire Property Management Inc., is transforming the short-term rental experience in Saskatoon. We manage stylish, fully furnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites in the heart of downtown, catering to guests staying anywhere from 3 nights to 1 year. Our team is energetic, forward-thinking, and committed to top-tier service.

What You'll Do

Clean and prepare

suites for new guests, ensuring they are spotless and welcoming.

Inspect and restock

supplies to maintain a high standard of hospitality.

Manage turnovers

efficiently, following scheduling tools and checklists.

Handle linens and laundry

at our office--sorting, folding, and prepping.

Identify and report

maintenance issues and coordinate with contractors.

Support special projects

, including move-out and post-construction cleaning.

Maintain common areas

in buildings as per a set schedule.

Provide guest support

when needed, responding to inquiries and ensuring a smooth stay.

What We're Looking For

Availability:

Must be able to work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts. Schedule varies based on demand, including weekdays and weekends (must be available for at least two weekends per month).

Transportation:

A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle daily.

Connectivity:

A smartphone with a data plan to stay in touch and use our digital systems.

Independence:

A self-motivated, problem-solving team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Clean background:

A clear criminal record check is required.

Bonus points:

Previous hospitality or cleaning experience is an asset!
