Job Description

We are seeking the services of a Clinical Business Analyst (CBA) focused on Patient Access (Registration and Scheduling) to assist with initiatives related to the standardization and implementation of the CIS.




With the support of the Clinical Team Lead and Project Manager, the CBA will be responsible for:


gathering and defining business and system requirements, conducting gap analysis, developing design documents, facilitating engagement sessions to achieve the project's objective, build, validate and test clinical content in the CIS, and foster and maintain close working relationships with the various lines of business to ensure the business and information technology requirements align.
The chosen individual's work will be comprised of a mixture of steady state and project-based efforts.


Some after hours and weekend work may be required for the successful candidate, however, any overtime or work during non-business hours must be approved in advance.

General Duties:



Support the software development team.

Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain.

Identify business work flows and determine stakeholder needs.

Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans.

Support and contribute to the Agile practices adopted by the development team.
