Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on digital delivery, agile product development, and corresponding organizational transformation;
Assess and develop initiatives to grow and cultivate digital capability, capacity, and culture from the perspective of service transformation;
Advise, coach and lead product and platform teams throughout project lifecycles, from initial discovery and concept to production and continuous improvement.
Advise and coach executive leadership teams on change to enable transformation in areas such as organizational structure, governance, capacity building, policy, infrastructure, and culture;
Create and present options, frameworks, models, and briefings for senior executives with regards to digital transformation, based on best and emerging practices and principles;
Facilitate strategic conversations to develop shared understanding and generate options for decision-making to align diverse stakeholder interests and goals;
Develop baseline and ongoing outcomes, key results, metrics, and other indicators;
Facilitate conversations to develop and generate options for support model once products are live and implement support model with TI and ECC.
