Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned delivery routes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate service. Collect and record required data using handheld scanning devices and route sheets. Communicate professionally with customers, co-workers, and managers. Load/unload boxes on pallets and trucks for delivery to food banks or warehouses daily. Follow written instructions containing route and client information. Complete logbooks accurately and maintain compliance with hours-of-service regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Complete required reports and strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Interact professionally with customers and internal team members at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Minimum
2 years of driving experience
(preferred). ValidClass 5 or equivalent driver's license
with a clean driving record. Ability to perform simple math calculations. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
