Class 4 Part Time Bellman/driver
Job Description
Executive Hotels & Resorts requires an energetic and helpful new Bellman / Driver responsible for providing our guests with a positive first and last impression, providing consistently excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include handling guest requirements, giving accurate directions and necessary information to guests, assisting with guest luggage, providing assistance loading and unloading luggage from tour-buses and vehicles, escorting guests to their room, valet parking guest vehicles, shuttling guests to designated approved destinations, delivering messages, parcels and guest amenities. The Bellman / Driver will be responsible for the hotel shuttle to drive guests to/from different locations, as approved by management. The Bellman / Driver will explain the services available in the hotel and guide guests to the check-in area or direct them to their destination. Bell staff must be supporting system to all other departments.They assist housekeeping staff with common area cleaning, including snow removal.Their mission is to exceed expectations that our guests may have and provide professional guest service at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST POSSESS a Class 4 Drivers License or better with a clean driving record. All others will not be considered.
Flexible Availability with a minimum of 3 days/week and must be able to work nights as required
Fluent in English
Good communication skills
Customer Service oriented
Able to multitask
Knowledgeable of the City & surrounding areas
