Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of roll-off containers to various job sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to interact professionally with customers.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidate must not have an automatic restricted license!

Duties

Operate roll-off trucks to transport containers to and from designated locations. Ensure proper loading and unloading of containers while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that may occur during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding schedules and service needs. Follow all local, state, and federal regulations related to transportation and waste management.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a truck driver; experience with roll-off trucks is preferred. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the transportation industry. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment. Physical stamina to perform manual labor as needed, including lifting heavy loads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00-$33.00 per hour
